Immersing in Oneness

I want to experience oneness all the time. I have many practices that help train me to do SONY DSCthis which I have shared with you in various books I have written – most recently my two art books:

When you draw something right in front of you, you can connect to it. It becomes a part of you.  That’s oneness.  It’s like falling in love, but with the Sacred.

Why seek oneness? Simply, you get to feel loved unconditionally in a deep way.  You get to feel directly that you are enough, just as you are.  Oneness powerfully antidotes shame – the sense of never being enough.

I have just returned from my October sabbatical. I spent hours outdoors tracking in wild places and tame ones.  I tracked a red fox, found coyote spoor, encountered magical birds, and looked into the eyes of Grizzly bears and got a kiss from one very sweet bear.  Really, what could be better?

The whole point of sabbaticals is to connect with the Sacred to live in oneness.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do
