I recommend this simple and easy movement to clients and use it myself. It will make your shoulders happy and reverse the effects of hunching over a keyboard or slaving at a desk.

He doesn’t stress keeping the elbows at 90 degrees. Others do. The model in the video doesn’t. Experiment to see what works best for you.
An Even Easier Version
When I started to do these, getting my wrists to the walls was a joke. And embarrassing. Same for my sweet Suzanne, who spends lots of time on the keyboard.
Do the same exercise on the floor. Feet flat on the floor, knees up. Press the low back to the floor.
When the floor angels becomes easy for you, graduate to the wall.

And keep at it even if you can’t touch the wall with elbows and wrist at the beginning the exercise still works.
Rotator Cuff Injury
