My beloved naturopath, Amy Hobson, told me about these medical school classmates, Jade and Keoni Teta.  They started training people in fitness while still high school students.  Then they both went on to study microbiology or the like.  After that, they looked around for a medical school that aligned with their research and their experience in training folks.   

They landed at John Bastyr Naturopathic College.

Another one I found very useful for losing fat specifically.  Working with the carbohydrate tipping point below helps me to burn fat and still have enough energy for my vigorous workouts.  And life.

  1. Thanks for your publish. I have continually noticed that many people are wanting to lose weight as they wish to look slim and attractive. However, they do not continually realize that there are many benefits to losing weight as well. Doctors claim that obese people have problems with a variety of disorders that can be directly attributed to their excess weight. Thankfully that people that are overweight and suffering from several diseases are able to reduce the severity of the illnesses through losing weight. It is easy to see a progressive but noticeable improvement in health if even a slight amount of losing weight is reached.
