I’m working on my new book titled – I Know I’m Crazy.  Naturally, I will show ways for you to not be crazy and how to be enlightened, at least for moments. I have observed that people make up painful stories that hold little truth.  Even though the stories aren’t true, their bodies and minds and behavior all respond as if the stories were fact.
