The 100 Day Challenge

Kim Ivy, www.ebracethemoon.com , is at it again – The 100 Day Challenge.  I am modifying it some for you.  Do some practice that moves your life forward everyday for 100 Days.  She is starting her students on February 7th to honor Chinese New Year.  I started on the 4th.  My practice is to greet the sunrise, rain or shine, and practice Taiji (Tai Chi).
