Two Magic Nutritional Supplements Zap Bad Guys
Posted On May 16 2007After reading Andrew Weil’s very useful book, Healthy Aging, I decided to try some of his suggestions. (Just out in paperback.) Weil favors Zyflamend, an anti-inflammatory supplement, composed of a half dozen herbs and other goodies. One herb included is turmeric, that’s right, the spice. It turns out that folks in India who eat a bunch of it have much lower incidences of Alzheimer’s disease.
